Under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992,

It is unlawful for a provider of goods and services not to make reasonable adjustments for a person suffering from disability.

The disabilities that affect me are but not limited to:

1) Physical - chronic pain, reduced dexterity, balance issues.

2) Psychiatric

3) The use of a Service Dog.

A Service Dog is Medical Equipment that is task trained to alleviate the effects of the sufferer's disability.

It is my job to keep both my Service Dog and myself safe.
